NIA TRAINING

Nia Dance Africa

If you are interested in taking your holistic movement practice to the next level, these training programmes are for you. Have a look at the various levels of Nia training you can go through and what they will offer.

“I find Nia to embrace a mindfulness that is very connected to the now, in reality. So in touch with your body’s sensations and the space around it. Compared to the mindfulness when engaging in something like reading or gardening, which allows one to temporarily escape from the now.”
